This is a more advanced course covering all 4 areas of fitness, including Flexibility, Strength, Endurance, and Balance. Each class is 30 minutes long and you will need 3 exercise props including a resistance band, childrens ball, and a yardstick. Ready to work all four areas of senior fitness? Try to perform all four classes in a week.
Total Senior Fitness: This is a good course for the active senior to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and balance.
