
Course Overview:
I created this course in response to members that needed something easier than LEVEL 1 in order to build up some strength and endurance. You will not need any equipment other than an armless chair.
How to use:
Exercise for 12 days with these exercises. Start with one a day. At the end of twelve days, begin again with each workout 2 times a day. This will give you 24 days of preparation for LEVEL 1 Classes or other classes in the Academy.
Finally completed the Easy Start course – did repeat some of the days more then once. And, now will do again. And plan to do each day a couple of times. Well, that is my plan – will see how I do. If I tell Geoff my plans he will make sure I do!! He is such a “party-pooper”!!!!!
