Easy Start


Course Overview:

I created this course in response to members that needed something easier than LEVEL 1 in order to build up some strength and endurance. You will not need any equipment other than an armless chair.

How to use:

Exercise for 12 days with these exercises. Start with one a day. At the end of twelve days, begin again with each workout 2 times a day. This will give you 24 days of preparation for LEVEL 1 Classes or other classes in the Academy.

  • Have finished Day 2 – doing the warm up and the cool down.
    Feel like I am making a bit of progress – except that my leg muscles are “complaining a bit this afternoon.
