Hi, I'm Doug Schrift - otherwise known as "Your Senior Fitness Coach" - and I’ve spent years guiding the growth of thousands of seniors as a Physical Therapist, with strengthening, balance training, stroke rehab, cardiac rehab and more.

With 30+ years in the fitness industry, I've been the driving force behind, a senior fitness website that has been helping seniors improve  their strength and maintain their independence for the last 10 years- seniors that have never exercised before to senior athletes - I have a proven track record of helping great clients to achieve fantastic results.
